How Our Memberships Work

ℹ️

New here? This page explains our KS1, KS2, KS3 & GCSE memberships in plain English — how they work, what makes us different, and how to join.

A supportive, child-first approach to learning for home-educated, flexi-schooled and after-school children in Waterlooville — designed so kids actually enjoy it.

Why families choose us

We do things differently.

We're not a worksheet factory and we're not trying to be school-at-home. We believe that when children feel safe, seen and genuinely interested, learning happens naturally — and they start to enjoy it again.

We want kids to love learning

We want learning to feel like something children actually enjoy — not something they dread. Sessions are warm, hands-on and built around how each child learns best, so they leave smiling and asking when they can come back.

Genuinely small groups

We cap group sizes on purpose. Every child is seen, heard and known — no one slips through the cracks and no one gets lost at the back of a big classroom.

No fines, no pressure

If your child is sick or you're away, they simply receive the materials to complete at home. We support you — we never fine you for looking after your child.

Real progress you can see

Every member gets a Personalised Progress Tracker and you get a parent-dashboard login, so you can see exactly what's been covered and how they're growing.

The four memberships

KS1 · KS2 · KS3 · GCSE

One simple membership model, scaled to your child's age and stage. All four include small-group teaching, a Personalised Progress Tracker, and the extras below.

Bulk-saving pricing

The more sessions you book, the cheaper each session gets — so a fuller weekly schedule costs you less per class than booking one or two.

KS1Years 1–2

A gentle first step into small-group learning for our youngest children — playful, hands-on English, Maths and topic sessions that build early confidence and a love of learning.

Explore KS1
KS2Years 3–6

A gentle, confidence-building space for primary children. Core English, Maths & Science alongside Computing, Art, Cooking, Music and more — all taught so children actually look forward to coming.

Explore KS2
KS3Years 7–9

Solid foundations before GCSEs. Deeper subject focus with supportive small-group teaching that keeps curiosity alive and builds real understanding — not just worksheet drills.

Explore KS3
GCSEYears 10–11

Follows the Pearson Edexcel IGCSE curriculum, with a Personalised Progress Tracker for every student, free revision & paper events, and test paper packages to do at home.

Explore GCSE

Every membership includes: small-group weekly sessions · a parent-dashboard login · free revision / activity sheets · optional holiday catch-up (charged separately to your membership).
GCSE members also receive take-home test paper packages.
If sessions are missed through illness or holidays, your child receives the materials to complete at home — we don't fine you for your kids not attending, we support you!

Term-time only. Memberships run during term time to keep things flexible for your family. Click to view our term/holiday schedule. During the school holidays we switch to Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) sessions — so you can simply book the holiday sessions you'd like, when you need them, without being tied to a monthly plan.

Memberships FAQ

A few of the questions we get asked most often about how our memberships work.

How much is a membership?

This is determined by how many different sessions you sign up to.

How does pricing work?

Our PAYG sessions are £15 each. The more sessions you sign up for, the cheaper each session becomes — please see our pricing structure for more details.

Do you set homework?

Please note that we are an enrichment program, not a school, and we do not assign or grade homework. For those looking for extra practice at home, all membership tiers include access to a portal of downloadable worksheets and activity sheets that you can use at your discretion.

How many hours can we do with you?

Each child can be with us for a maximum of 16 hours per week. Children under legal school age can do a maximum of 4 hours a day with us, still 16 hours max a week.

Can you be the sole provider for my child’s education?

No — we are supplementary educators. We follow the curriculum, but the parent or the school (depending on whether they are home-educated) is responsible for the child’s education.

From interested to enrolled

How it works

Joining takes a few minutes. Here's the whole journey, from first hello to your child loving their sessions.

Step 1

Tell us about your child

Fill in the short form — pick their Key Stage, the subjects they'd like support with, and the days/times you could make.

Step 2

We piece together your schedule

We look at everything you've told us and piece together a weekly schedule that works for you, then send it over for you to confirm or tweak.

Step 3

You confirm and we agree a start date

You confirm the schedule you're happy with, and we'll then confirm your child's start date so everyone's ready to go.

Step 4

Small-group sessions begin

Your child joins weekly term-time classes — kept small so everyone gets the focus and encouragement they need.

Step 5

Track their progress

Log in to your parent dashboard anytime to see which parts of the curriculum they've covered and how they're getting on.

Step 6

Extras along the way

Optional catch-up sessions in the holidays are available too — so the support carries on well beyond the weekly session.

ℹ️Please note: these extras are charged separately and are not included in your monthly membership.
